It's alright. Counts the steps fine for me but can't access my bonuses because it keeps coming up with an error and never heard back from the support team .
The app is alright but it would be better if we can change it to real money
I joined about 4 years ago after being drawn to the possibility of claiming an iphone or TV or holiday with 20k coins. Over time they've pulled these options and the value of sweatcoins has steadily gone down to the point of being worthless to the average user. I've just donated all my coins to one of their Ukraine charity donations - although even that is not clear how much actual money the charity will receive- and am deleting the app.
After Installation I got bombarded with 3rd party ads via the notification bar, and they even try to prevent me from disabling the notifications via android. If a company walks this way, it's not for good company. Uninstall and not recommend to install to anyone.
Very rubbish as it doesn't count any steps anymore. Say I have done 1000 steps, it won't give me any. I don't know why you cheat people like this.
How can I withdraw my Coin 💔 please
3 month using this app. No accuracy in counting steps while running, going downstairs. Runs for 30min and longer (paced 5min/km or less) are never accurate (applies for running outdoors and on treadmill), as well as daily 20 min boosts for the same runs. Last week daily boosts were not even working. Daily rewards take ages to watch and often give from 0-3 sweatcoins per 3, and 5 sweatcoins once in a while if one is lucky. Sent and received back sweatcoins are not allowed for purchases ;(
We USED to be able to actually get $$paypal but they TOOK IT AWAY and they only offer junk products to exchange the sweat coins for. Bring back the PayPal and I'll gladly change the rating. It was the only reason I ever downloaded this app in the first place.
